Both glossy-coated bowls have shaped cutouts for LED backlighting, which is activated when you connect via USB port. The plastic of the cups is not particularly high quality, but the assembly of the headphones and their durability is trustworthy.
The design of the G300 is reminiscent of that of the popular SteelSeries Siberia. The headset sits comfortably on your head, doesn't press on your ear cups and doesn't cause any discomfort while wearing it for a long time. Thanks to the big cups that completely wrap your ears, you can achieve good sound isolation.
The inner headband as well as the ear cushions are soft and made of soft touch leatherette. Its outer metal guides are covered with a rubber shell.
